yep, the people who score 5 or more are classified as 'more frail' and moved down the priority list.
The CFS says anyone who is "Completely dependent for personal care, from whatever cause (physical or cognitive)", which includes many people with learning disabilities, gets a score of 7.
I can't see that in there. Can you point it out to me?
The link you posted basically just says that doctors will continue to use CFS to score patients for frailty/vulnerability.
