Hk just banned all foreign visitors and bars are not allowed to sell booze. the infulx of students heading home as unis close may have influenced this and also lots of expats not adhering to "best not to go out drinking in tightly packed streets"
From a week ago
Things have been OK here so maybe letting our guard down abit just had 39 new case's. (Small potatoes to the UK I know)
