She said "who do they think they are, it's not a hotel!" - I mean, it literally is a hotel. She was also upset that they asked for bottled water and said they should have drunk the tap water... Pretty sure she wouldn't drink tap water. She's just repeating the very anti-foreigner news that's being heavily promoted atm.

Yeah some of the ultra nationalism is horrible. Does your college disapprove of wine full stop or just in a quarantine situation. Fair play to them nice to have a glass of wine with your quaarrinte meal.
