You can:
- chop off the babies and repot them
- chop the head/top off the main plant, let the cut bit dry out for a few days, then repot it, it will root.
- take all the leaves off the beheaded plant and let them dry out for a few days, then lay on compost on a warmish light windowsill, they will turn into tiny babies, then you can pot them up also.
