Pubs, cafes, cinemas, museums, theatres, art galleries, many shops closed. Seeing a lot of people in the park (especially when you're one of them) should not be a huge surprise as there are fewer places for people to be. We don't know if those in parks are a small portion of the number of people who would have been out otherwise or not. We don't know what portion of the people who were in these parks were doing it responsibly. This is frustrating, but worth keeping in mind.
