Been challenging myself to beat yesterday’s burpee number for about a week now.
A. Burpees are hard B. It never becomes a “game” you want win C. Stronger mentally than I thought D. It’s maybe keeping me fit and healthier?
Burpees are so crap. I tried doing 10 after every toilet trip yesterday. Awful idea.
