I dont disagree that the tories are doing the best they can (obviously not good enough) but at the same time its their fault the systems like the NHS are failing. So essentially they are undoing the crisis they created and getting a gold star for it. Its Boris' first year so it depends how many people forget it all in 4 years time at next GE. He is obviously doing his populist bullshit with 'we will get it done in 12 weeks'.
Labour .. lets not even go there; that hypothetical question is going to go nowhere.
Panic buying can be culled by strong leadership and communication IMO. The policy U turns have completely confused people and they are doing what they do best, eat pasta and shit loads.
