32h Phil Wood track hub silver

Hi guys, got a Phil Wood track hub donated a while ago, thought someone on here might put it to good use. It has some rubbing on the chrome from spokes and a couple of scratches on the surface of the chrome (side pictured). The bearings are still smooth and solid, looks like the case seal wants to be red. I have cleaned it but wanted to keep degreasers away from the bearings.
I work for better health bikes in Haggerston where this can be collected and paid for over the counter as a donation to our charity, Centre for Better Health. No idea what these are worth, in this condition anyway, so how does £3o sound?
