is it possible the 72hr thing was food poisoning? perhaps not if you didnt vomit but it could have been caused by some other pathogen.

I agree (didn't vomit at all mind) but the paranoia is too much. We live in a rural area in a largish village with C.3000 people. The small cemetery 20 yards from my house suddenly has 2 JCBs parked there - apparently one of the workers was asked why they were stationed there (never have been previously) and they said "in prep for Corona virus". Very morbid

Fingers crossed all you suffering are able to manage your symptoms and quickly turn the corner. Mrs Pasty had nasty head-cold/flu type of thing 7-17th March then a cpl days feeling A1 and is now feeling like shit again since waking with severe sore throat yesterday (which has assuaged but been replaced with congestion and severe lack of taste/smell). I'm absolutely fine in terms of no symptoms - feeling a bit tired/drained but, especially with kids, going a bit stir crazy.
Anyone else wondering - was that horrific 72 hour shivering/sweating/shit fest I had 3 or 4 weeks ago Coronavirus?
