just want to share my own experience which has made me self isolate.
Ive had a bit of bowel trouble for a few days, bit of a rumble in my digestive system. I also experienced cloudy thought, a lack of concentration and making several errors inputting data on a computer at work over the last couple of days which i put down to anxiety of this whole situation and worrying about elderly parents.
Wednesday eve i came in from work and meant to get changed in to cycling kit and ride out to my workshop- its 9 miles away from home in the middle of nowhere, however, i sat on my bed and promptly passed out for an hour. looking back this should have been a warning sign, i never do that but i put it down to doing overtime every morning for the whole of the month and one shift that was 7am - 9pm building up fatigue.
I've noticed my hands & wrists felt a little numb over the last couple of days which again i put down to working in a cold area both at work and at my workshop. Thursday eve i rode out to my unit without difficulty then came home. Before going to bed i felt a bit flush in the face. had a restless night and heart was beating a bit quick. Friday - felt nausea, sore throat came on hard, told boss i was going to isolate myself at home.
We minimized risk as much as possible at work, our computer stations are spread out and we've all been cleaning surfaces and hands well. i've had very little contact with any other groups of people other than those in my Cycling club/work/home and nobody has presented any symptoms.
I guess the point of this message ive posted is that i'm pretty convinced i have this thing but no point have i coughed or to my knowledge had a high temperature. When i checked it it was slightly under norm - The 2 main symptoms we are supposed to look for. Singapore lists symptoms more in line with what i have experienced. Really not sure if i'm paranoid or being sensible, i'd hope the second but its frustrating as to not know or that a test to show antibodies is some time away. Ive shut myself away as i wait to see if this develops into the glass cough or not.

Is this a recognised symptom?
Asking as I've had this a while (up to my triceps) and had thought it was postural - e.g. too much time at desk & on phone checking for covid news updates.
