Yup, all sound advice, thanks! Especially the running bit, although there’s no chance of me running too fast. 40 years of cycling have left me totally unsuited to running so it’s going to take me a good while to loosen them up to a proper length and style.
No need for anti-bac handwash, soap will do
Look after your knees, don’t run too far too fast (like I have, twice)
Stay away from people at the tip
Don’t run out of inhaler stuff
And finally, you’ve done a lot of things right so far and your health gives you a much stronger position to battle it compared to others.
