• You and 50% of the kids in our year 11. We look for an improvement of two grades typically from mocks to GCSEs. Problem is, if guidance is to not to apply any consideration of this, and their final grade has to be represented by some written evidence then a lot of kids will get crappy grades, have to study over summer and resit in the new academic year.

    Or it's all going to be manipulated into the best set of results ever, or... I just don't know what is going to happen.

  • I guess they're going to ask questions of schools that put forward significantly better grades than last year, and in theory we have already made predictions for each student, glad that it's not my decision what process to take ultimately!
