• Teachers going to make up GCSE and A level scores based on magic and best wishes. A-level classes are going to be busy next year!
    At our school we have a fairly robust set of ongoing assessment and mock exam scores. Which is all well and good except it's well established that a lot of kids put minimal effort into the mock exams and rely on putting in a good performance in the exams after two months of revision... So some kids are screwed and others sitting pretty.

  • This is my concern, my youngest decided to follow his sister's example and do fuck all and then ace the exams. It worked for her at both GCSE and A level.

  • id have totally fucked both my GCSEs and A Levels in that case

    I dont think i got above a C in my mocks GCSEs but got 8 above in actual.
    I failed 2 of my alevels almost completely at AS but a B and C in them in the final exam
