It’s not meaningless at this stage because the conversation applies to hypothetical, as yet unimposed sanctions and so is fair game. I’m just venting my personal frustration at not being able to graft at maintaining some workload if I can get from isolation to work isolation without harming anyone on a push bike. Obviously if the general or governmental consensus is that I shouldn’t do that I won’t... just like I don’t do lots of things which are deemed generally inappropriate.
But while it’s conjecture I stand by the logic of my argument.
It’s interesting to hear responses though. That’s why I raised it, because I’m conscious of not making the mistake of being burdensome or selfish.
Fucks sake. If we are told not to cycle, don't cycle. Just because it is your hobby and you are great at it, doesn't make it any less selfish. The whole point of all of these restrictions is that, like vaccinations, the more people comply the better it works. The more people who decide it doesn't need to apply to them, the worse it is.
