Figured I'd share some of my bike projects, as I'm currently building up a few at the same time. First up is a CAAD 3 Saeco that I got for rather cheap a while ago with vague plans of putting some more modern stuff on. Here's the rather sorry state I've got it in (shot shifters, semi-seized freehub and disintegrating headset included):

New headset (King no logo) and seatpost (specialized). Cockpit will most likely change as it's just stuff I had laying around atm.

thanks, trying to not mess it up completely. Then again, how much worse than before can it realistically get?
