Canada is sliding into lockdown. More stores closed day by day, daycares, cannabis stores closing on Friday.
Friend of mine have it (coronavirus, not COVID-19), and apparently people in Victoria BC going about their day like nothing bad gonna happen, much like the Briton I guess.

COVID19 is the the latest corona virus and is therefore like a hoover of vacuum machines. what are you talking about?!?!
They had another corona virus!??! How do they know?! SARS? MERS? Did they get them YEARS ago... We managed to irradicate them didnt we?

Panic buying at liquor stores yesterday.
My dentist, physiotherapist and barber have all closed until further notice.
No need for government to impose quarantine, it seems to be happening on its own.
Waited in line at Costco yesterday to get two week supply of everything. They had toilet paper! All gone right away as everyone including myself got one. I am embarassed to have fallen into the mass panic.
I work at an airport and am considered "essential" so no escape for me.
Everyone I work with is cranky and stressed out.
