Close contacts of known cases also get the ‘holiday camps’
For an idea of the facilities and remoteness look at Lady MacLehose Holiday Village https://g.co/kgs/UvjPR1

The pound is in free fall.
Perhaps our government is not handling this well.

People going on cruises may find themselves unable to leave the ship as their money will be so worthless in ports that they won’t be able to afford a coffee.

Yay for me maybe? I earn RMB. Oh but all my investments are GBP. Fuckity fuck.

That’s ok if you will realise investments in the UK. For now it means that your savings are amplified when you buy sterling assets.

Any idea why the pound is in free fall? Would currency traders have information that we don’t or just a panic sell off?

Surely announcing we won’t amend the Brexit bill stuff makes no deal more likely...?
Reaction to that at this point when it was priced in? -

Question to the masses:
In an alternate reality would Prime Minister Corbyn have handled this better or worse and why? -
• #5371
Me neither but I could see them saying no to an extension.
-
• #5372
Worse.
Unfortunately, this kind of situation needs both a "strong" leader seen capable of making decisions alone and tough ones. And someone who unites everyone. -
• #5373
Then they run the risk of being seen as the cunts they are.

More than one a minute for an hour?
HK are saving the government facilities for Wuhan repatriations, everyone else is tagged and has to isolate at home. There is a debate at the government level about repurposing hotels but that’s not happened yet.
