• Can’t see how they can charge when not delivering a service.

    Because they have rent and employees to pay and Corona isn't their fault.

    We took ours out of nursery last week as a precaution. They sent everyone letters this week indicating they will still open but if they have to close or you take your child out you will still pay the fees unless you terminate the contract and in that case there will be no place for you if / when things get back to normal.

  • I get it if we choose to take our child out, but otherwise I can’t see how it’s not breach of contract. They aren’t supplying the service you pay for.

    I also get the consequences.
