Rest of Europe (yeah, I know), public and private schools were closed and the same for preschool. Not sure though, whether private crèches in the UK are government licensed

I guess the govt. will have to step in and pay our nursery fees then, or there will be no nursery to go back to.

Can’t see how they can charge when not delivering a service. Nurseries are Ofsted inspected but other childcare situations might be more complex.
It’s another small snippet of the major economic crisis.
