Cheers Steve - should survive. If I can't manage on 1.2 litres per day I've probably got bigger issues than self-isolation will solve.
Spotted the measures you guys are taking on Instagram - will order some beans when I can.

Would anyone recommend a good, bike friendly spot in Manchester for a coffee and a snack?

We set off from here recently and they were really accommodating letting us store the bikes in the porch and even inside

Cool, thanks for the tip!
I’m there now, it’s a nice place.

What's the best coffee mug that'll keep coffee hot for an hour or more? I don't need it to to be spill proof as it's for when I'm sitting in the garden not commuting. Just want something that's nice to drink out of.

My Chilly's cup is excellent.

Make your coffee into a thermos so you don’t have to drink out of something from from a sci-fi film?
-

Ha, I was waiting for someone to say use a thermos. I was just hoping there was some new miracle cup out there.

Double wall stainless mug with the coaster on top instead of underneath.
As long as it’s a reasonable size of course, ie 250ml or less. -

GF's been pretty happy with her Thermos tumbler:

I like the Hario Soto a lot. Keeps drinks (sometimes too) hot for hours. The lip just fits perfectly.
Hoffman has a grouptest that's probably worth a watch to pick out something that'll suit you nicely, or at least help narrow down what matters to you.

£150 for a fucking mug!

The stainless keep cup - I bought one after watcher Hoffman’s reviews of loads fo different cups. I have a frank green but agreed with him that the Drinking hole was a lil small. Keep cup is excellent - but maybe wont keep coffee hot for hours and hours.

They're about a third of that, but still...
Travel version is more expensive -

Do you drink filter/americanos?
I have one of the glass KeepCups, and the seal on the lids only last a few months before allowing leaks through. It doesn't happen if I keep the lid off and allow it to cool down a bit. Most of my use is in the office so it's not the end of the world. But a reusable coffee cup you can't immediately put the lid on and use is a bit shit.
On my second lid (which is leaking) and will likely just get a different cup soon.

Drink filter + milk coffees
Thats a good point though - the review is obviously reviewing brand new cups. Hadn't considered the issue of lid seal getting worse. The Frank Green has been rock solid, it's only the drinking hole which is an issue, it's never leaked and keeps drinks warm for hours.

Was going to cancel my Perky Blenders sub and find a local supplier but they've just sent me an email thanking me for supporting small businesses at this time so I can't do that to them now

Cancel it and find a better place. Don't support them!
Not going to spill the dirt in public, but it's not the company to support. -

Think the light is for descaling. Instructions say use regular appliance descaler.
