I see my elderly neighbour 75+ leave her house every day.
Imagine my horror then as I survey bands of Belgian octogenarians and nonagenarians go out for their daily shop. We live in one of the many new-build developments built to house former colonists in the early 1960s.

Same. Offers of help are starting to be put through doors in our flats, I think I'll add one to it.

She probably does some daily shopping. Carrying by hand.
Offer to shop for her if you can.
