Refurbished Chromecast audio for under £10000000 anyone? I bought one last week after dithering on the alternatives a while back - all good apart from the serial # apparently having been removed with a hedge trimmer.

Good shout. Might stock up on a couple if they’re still available after the apocalypse.

Alternative is to use a regular Chromecast (which is still available new)with a hdmi to rca cable I think.

I thought I read somewhere that wouldn't work as the HDMI converter wouldn't allow the device to detect the input for some reason? Never tried it personally so don't take my word for it
