wtd: medium, 53/54, 21" SSFG 700c frame (like cross check)

Hi, I'm looking for a fixed gear and singlespeed frame in medium size for commuting.

Preferably with cantilever posts but would consider frames without.

Surly cross check 54 obviously fits the bill but I would consider older steel frames too.

Must have clearance for 35-37mm tyres with guards, and mounting points for guards and rack.

Hi. Are you interested in buying a complete bike? I decided just yesterday that I'm going to sell my Cross Check. It's been my winter commuter for probably 8 years, so it's a bit tatty, but the frame's good with no dings or dents. I'm pretty sure its a 54, but I'll check when I get home. It's had new wheels in the last couple of years. Cranks a bit strap worn, but it's very ride-able. Will take some photos if you're interested. Let me know.
