what did you order - I am seeing all the bigger bags out of stock except Matthews plain white which is £25 for 16kg. Maybe I'm a cheapskate, but I wasn't expecting to pay more than a £/kg if buying in bulk!? Is there another section for bulk?
I am thinking of doing a bulk order at the end of this week if anyone wants to share (I am in NW10)...

We both usually buy 25kg sacks of organic white flour each and then a few bags of spelt, wholemeal etc so this is a normal size order. But given how supermarkets are selling out we placed our order a week or two earlier than necessary. However I am guessing specialist retailers aren’t having quite the extreme run on stock as general supermarkets.
