Adding to the Nordic perspective; the simplified summary this morning is that Denmark and Norway closed their schools while Sweden and Finland didn't. All of these countries have reasonably competent civil servants, which I think goes to show that are good arguments for each approach.
The great thing is that this divide is a real time social experiment from which the entire world can learn.
