What time is it? Watches and horology

Congrats on the weight loss.
I definitely notice a difference. Especially when I was in New York. In the summer when I was riding a lot I'd have to use the micro adjust on my bracelet to make it tighter. Winter, when you basically can't ride in NY, I'd have to loosen it.

IWC giving additional 6 year extension to their international warranty on watches. Think that works for both of mine.

It's the one that comes with the watch ( https://www.timefactors.com/sb3new.htm ); I've seen it described as a grains-of-rice bracelet.

I thought they were more rounded .. yours is nicer IMHO
