It's the one that comes with the watch ( https://www.timefactors.com/sb3new.htm ); I've seen it described as a grains-of-rice bracelet.

Congrats on the weight loss.
I definitely notice a difference. Especially when I was in New York. In the summer when I was riding a lot I'd have to use the micro adjust on my bracelet to make it tighter. Winter, when you basically can't ride in NY, I'd have to loosen it.
