Sorry for the inconvenience but I made a mistake and now my boss overruled my decision.

Our very good offer is only for the FSA version so if you want the Race Face you have to pay 495,-€ additional shipping and in both cases we need your defect one back in our factory.

Thankfully I looked on their site, to see what claims they made about the NGego.

They say:

NGeco MTB power meters are robust

Which Cambridge say is:

(of an object or system) strong and unlikely to break or fail:

So I told them to honour their offer, or they can replace my unit like-for-like FOC.
