Why is there loads of these tyres new and cheap on ebay? Are they shit?

What other sub 30 quid 27.5 plus tyre is worth a look?

I bought a pair from Planet X when they were on sale at 8 quid each. They were ok. Current Spesh Butcher/Purgatory pairing is a noticeable step up however.

I've got some. I think they're good, work decently in mud. I've been using them in the conditions of late.
