Almost certainly yes as the business will be able to justify a legitimate need for it as long it is just used for the intended purpose of emergency contact only.
The company I work for has next of kin details on the understanding it is only used in exceptional circumstances.

A form from the bosses wanting two next of kin their address and numbers . My computer/internet details as well . Is this legal under gdpr rules .
