Almost certainly yes as the business will be able to justify a legitimate need for it as long it is just used for the intended purpose of emergency contact only.
The company I work for has next of kin details on the understanding it is only used in exceptional circumstances.

Assume this is related to home-working? ie. to make sure you have good enough broadband to work from home and they're not asking your pornhub premium login or something.
