Opposite. I may use this as time to go off the booze, eat less through portion control and aim to lose the weight I've needed to lose for years.
I can go for the big explosive start (pun intended) by going to see my downstairs neighbour's kid who has Noro.
I looked back all the way to October last year through the logs of my Resting HR that my Garmin Forerunner gives me, the only blips are days following boozy nights out.

Does the 'Six degrees of separation' theory hold any water? If so it seems fairly likely the virus has been in the UK for some months.
Yeah, I caught it off Kevin Bacon.

Is this legal under gdpr rules .
Almost certainly yes as the business will be able to justify a legitimate need for it as long it is just used for the intended purpose of emergency contact only.
The company I work for has next of kin details on the understanding it is only used in exceptional circumstances.

Mrs CYOA was in Milton Keynes last weekend and she's started coughing like a good'n today. I feel quite hot and spaced. I've got my first shoot since January next Thursday after having a load of shoots this month and last canceled. If I can't make it we're probably fairly fucked financially (after being defrauded about 10k a month or so ago).
On the plus side her mum just texted her and said she's already paid for her own funeral so we don't have to worry.

I know, it's not "cooking lager" or "fighting lager" either, it's just a name for it.
Driving lager is~ 2% ABV
Cooking lager is ~4% ABV
Fighting lager is >= 5% ABV -

My computer/internet details
Assume this is related to home-working? ie. to make sure you have good enough broadband to work from home and they're not asking your pornhub premium login or something.

Brazilian pres Bolsonaro is positive. He was having dinner with Trump this week, along with his press secretary who also tested positive. I'll be very interested to see how Trump's actions change if he finds he has it.
But only certain areas? I’m interested as I’m booked to ride in Sierra Nevada on the 25th and the only way insurance will pay out is if government puts it on the list.
