Yeah I don't know how similar they are, certainly different in fatality and contagiousness, but seem somewhat similar as viruses looking at these for example https://www.niaid.nih.gov/diseases-conditions/covid-19

MERS has a case fatality rate of >40% and an R0 of ~0.4
SARS has a case fatality rate of 10% and an R0 of ~2.2
At an estimated R0 of 1.8 an CSR of 1% this is somewhere near Cholera on this graph.
