People who get through infection (most people) will then be immune and won't spread the virus to others.
They could bolster support to at risk isolated people, and bring in supplies etc. with no fear of infecting them
Depends how it spreads and not much official info out yet about that, if it can live on your hands then you can be immune as you like but pass it from one person to the other by touch.
