  • Look at saddle selection and saddle angle (particularly if you're not able/willing/prepared to adjust anything else)....if you are rolling your pelvis away from perineum pressure then a flexed lower or even mid back will be making your neck extend more= more pain more early on in a ride.

  • @scherrit I have the exact same issue as @frankenbike. Neck in an unnatural position for length of time causing discomfort and can't not look forward as a solution. I don't know if my pelvis is tilted when riding - is there any more guidance on this point online anywhere please? Cheers
