  • Thanks for all the info. That 3T is even uglier than the Giant though. And with only a 50t must be an arse to get up any hills, even with 34 at the back. The huge cable loop reminds be of SRAM Red. Was a pain to set up the front mech and wasn't keen on the giant clunk when changing gears at the front either.

Will go with an older SuperSix or the Tarmac 105 most likely. I realise it goes against what I said, with BB30a and rim brakes, but still have a soft spot for this, as one of the last SuperSix's before the aesthetically questionable redesign. With slightly deeper wheels looks pretty ace, IMO:

Compare, #1: Sexy smooth speedy shiny black and silver and white dolphin of my dreams:

#2: Nightmare fuel. Head tube, fork crown, and down tube area: No. Cable routing: No. Paint job looks like someone took a roller to it once, then got bored and wandered off. The previous big Cannondale logo was much nicer. Just noticed too: 3 nipples? Also made in China now, not Taiwan, not that there's anything wrong with that but still. Cutting costs much? Try harder next time pls Cannondale it's not difficult come on...

  • there is cable routing, it goes into the heatube under the stem.

3 nipples allows you to run one bottle cage lower down for aeroz

the alu seatpost is a bit of a cost cutting exercise and makes the ride quite harsh...
