My office's whole building is doing a test work from home day today, that's roughly 1000 people I reckon. One of the office blocks nearby is already on permanent work from home and I'd be surprised if any of the others have many people in. Hammersmith must be a ghost town now.
I'm fine with working from home but I work on smart TV apps and the only way of testing them is actually on a TV, so we can keep developing but won't be able to release any updates until it can all be tested properly in the office.
