My dad has had respiratory issues previously and was scheduled to go on a P&O cruise with his girlfriend in a couple of weeks time. Was v relieved when he told me he had cancelled the holiday today.

Un-named cabinet minister self-isolating..... has to be Raab presumably, who has infected the rest of the front bench

Now part of me is thinking that if Boris gets it and passes it to his partner, then something happens to the unborn child the press will have a field day.
Mind you not much comment about him getting rid of his adopted dog.

Wonder what is going to happen to other world wide sports, such as motor racing.

Liverpool FC not champion either?
Prem Lge 2019-2020 declared null and void. Nobody wins, everyone is a winner. Well done lads. -

Children appear to be immune to any significant complications. Latest Italy stats have 0 deaths up to age 29

Not Raab apparently.
I said in the football thread, once players inevitably start getting infected there's no way the season can carry on. Fascinating to see what happens.

Wouldn't sports just need to stop for two weeks? Then carry on behind closed doors?
-
• #2562
No.

Sports people continue to do non-sports things outside of their sports, so no.
Self isolating for two weeks doesn't mean you are then immune from then on.

I was wondering how much of the world's population do we need to lose before eBay C-record prices start to drop? More stable than gold it seems.

Could make prices go up-all those house clearances by grieving families who have no clue about bike stuff and are just taking it all to the municipal dump...

No toilet paper in Charlton Lidl but plenty in the Nisa corner shop.

I'm hearing of a few offices in New York that are either closed or have plans and are likely to close soon. Crowds have been banned for college sports too. Sounds like it's starting to hit over there
@DerDieDas I fear you may be right, hope you're wrong.
