I'm not aware of any major risk to supply chains, at least not sufficient to disrupt food (and bog roll) supply.
Not taken as a whole, but stockpiling of staples like said bread and luxury bog roll will still result in some empty shelves no?

The only likely shortage is ICU beds, medics and ventilators.
I bought a metric truckload of ICU beds and ventilators on ebay last week. Just in case.
