My son who is 5, with stage three chronic kidney disease, has two drops per day.
I don't know what that scales up to as an adult, but I don't think you can overdose on it.
He also has three drops of alfacalcidol which I think is similar.
He used to have EPO injections, so he had better be a decent cyclist when he is older
