My son who is 5, with stage three chronic kidney disease, has two drops per day.

This will probably be the end of my work trip to Latvia next week as it was a Nordic academic conference (and a number of Finnish universities have also banned work travel). Hopefully they'll be able to reschedule for the autumn.
