Yeah can be too much / too little preload through the cranks. Dicking around with spacers might solve it.
The spindle can also get mashed up over time where the bearing surfaces are.
Or new bearings and loctite...
Thanks. Since it just had new bearings Loctite might be the first port of call. But since it's a Wiggle (I think) purchase I would't be surprised if it wasn't PDI'd properly.
Loctite 638 i think is what you want
