Far more than it's worth.
If you have a threaded 6-speed freewheel hub and just want to make it into a suicide hub with a decent chainline, much the best way to do it is to move some spacers from right to left and re-dish the wheel.
If you have a monobloc type wheel (Disc, Hed3, Corima 4-spoke etc.) then you already have the adapter, and nothing I can do will make it less of a suicide hub.
