Ah, I understand...

So the bike made it to France in one piece on the back of the future in-laws car... I've managed to put in about 60miles so far this weekend in the sunshine. The outside of my right knee is aching a little so I guess I need to drop the saddle or move it forward or both? Any input much appreciated!
Cheers,

So I got the Look back from the France a week or so ago and swaped the fancy wheels onto my other road bike...

I'd rebuilt the 3t wheels and was going to move them on but in order to keep bikes out of the house I set them up on this with the Michelin tyres and brought it into the office storage...

Need to dial in the fit again after its travels (being taken apart and put in the boot of a car)

Currently looking out for a nicer stem and once I've got the fit sorted I'll cut the steerer tube down. I'm hoping to get another set of speedplay so I can use road shoes, recover the flite in navy leather and get some decent tape and new hoods...
That's about all for now! -

This will likely be for sale by the weekend - got a new project in mind...
PM if you're interested - I'll put up a sale thread this evening

Round 2! Picked this up, needs some work, ideally a respray but for now I’ll just rattle can the lugs and build it up... plan is external routed ultegra di2
Parts needed:
Headset
Seatpost bolt
25mm seatpost
Expander bung
Chain and cassette
Jockey wheels
A few di2 cables

And an idea for a potential respray theme

Great project, had the same frameset and really liked the matte grey finish. Might be difficult to get the lugs resprayed the same though.

Plus one for the respray. It does give a new lease of life to my look.
Instead of di2, maybe etap with the less hassle of the cables and keeping the frame relatively clean.

Your bike is in part why I started looking again... I’d love etap but this is a budget build for a commuter, I have a full Ultegra 6870 group with the fugly 6700 cranks that I’ve collected for no real purpose, with the barrel adjusters taken out of the frame a single di2 cable can pass through the adjuster bracket and down to the underside of the BB like a normal gear cable would... should work ok for now.
If I bond with the frame (pun intended) I will throw money at a respray at some point 👍🏻 Credit Agricole cream has been a favourite for a while... -

If you go for the Credit Agricole cream respray I have the lycra to go with it
-
• #67
Thankfully the lycra is green rather than cream

The frame not the Lycra

ace. i have a 241 in credit agricole colours. I think I also have the JANKIEST look delta credag pedals, too, if you need them. for free.

I have a 241 stuck in limbo as I started to strip and repaint, and got new decals, but just haven't had time to do it all - how much is the respray going to run you @mattyc if you don't mind my asking?
I also have some super-rad Look Delta High-tops like this:
Would they go with your CredAg pedals @fizzy.bleach ? if so I may have to get in the queue for those and the Lycra :P -

here's mine the last time i had it close to built up 2 years+ ago

It really depends on what kind of work you want it to do done. Mine was a little pricey if I’m perfectly honest. You can email CRB, or even locally Cole Coating might be much reasonable.
Ha, sure thing! there are a couple of Reynolds in the classifieds at the moment at good prices, I think my campag freehub might fit one of them? I'll probably ride these around for a week or so, get startled in the wet again and switch back to alloy, so yeah, PM!
