Just use plastic, (https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/legitim-chopping-board-white-90202268/) is what I have, as they used to be 90p and and in the dishwasher to sanitise them.
Yeah, I’ve no idea which ones are good. I’ve seen lots of people use wood but that’s harder to keep clean? I only use glass to prepare the chicken stuff once in a while.
Any tips are appreciated! Didn’t mean to be blunt. Although I have a feeling (kitchen) knives aren’t a world I want to look into €€€€
