Just had a quick google myself. There are issues with the m8000. Here is a review but keep googling and you’ll find more. Saying this, there must be tens of thousands of content users out there. It did put me off when I was building up a recumbent though.

I’m not a MTBer but aren’t the XT model the only with issues or was that the previous generation?
