Looks like just about anything will work as long as there is something to stop it slipping off the end.

Looks like a sawtooth hanger. I’f just hang it off a screw - a pan head for extra security if possible.
L hook or wall hook would also work.

Picture pin or any nail with a decent head, so the picture doesn't jump off.
The 5 detents allow you to adjust the position for leveling.

What kind of wall fixing should be used for this picture frame fitting? A standard hook doesn't seem like a good fit
