Bulk buying bog roll when you're on fuck all money is a low priority. I'm guessing. Worrying about electric card/power card/transport/kids going to school because you can't afford to feed them when school is closed/where's the soap to wash after wiping your arse with tap water is probably a bit higher up.
Ed. My point was about people saying "we got through the war." And using that in the Brexit noise. And then probably being the same people that bulk bought 3 ply. And then also making the point that people who got through the war would probably have done similar things before rationing got introduced. Because. Irrational human behaviour.
