Yeah. Blast it all! If it starts to look like that again in a couple of years, blast it again.

Start with the panels and work your way down to the decking. How good is the drainage up there?

theres a single drain under the tile where the BBQ is - but maybe ill lift them up and power wash under it too, lots of moss and weeds growing through. thanks

Yeah. You're going to want good drainage.
