Powerwash. Then just let it age or put a layer if clear ronseal over the top.

Taking up decking is a PITA. If you’re lucky, whoever installed it will have used stainless decking screws, which you might be able to screw out if you clean out their heads. Otherwise the heads will have rusted to shit and a recip saw and a skip is your friend.

We need to do something with the wood panelling and wood decking on our terrace, hasn't been touched in two years.
Think the decking just sits ontop of the roof so probably all needs taking up and clearing out underneath, both inside and outside of the panelling needs doing too
Anyone know:
a) what tradesman could quote for it?
b) what actually needs doing? varnishing? sanding? power washing?
c) anyone know anyone in SE?
