    Don't follow... wood tops are ace for kneading bread on. Am I slowly poisoning myself with Danish oil infused sourdough?

  • I can't see how you can get a wooden countertop clean enough to not transfer kitchen cack onto something that is being rubbed against it hundreds of times (without scrubbing it down properly, which is going to end up destroying your surface in any case).
